Architectural design
The project involves the repurposing of the former BHS store / Mulberry Shopping Centre which incorporate Grade II Listed Buildings and have been vacant since 2016.
LK2’s design solutions utilise and showcase our experience in order to maximise the number of guest bedrooms and commercial space whilst retaining the majority of the existing building fabric under restrictive planning and conservation constraints. The resulting design has minimised the construction cost and maximised the financial return.
The hotel will be operated by a new brand which offers leading edge technology and a unique F&B concept, in association with the UK’s largest independent hotel group.
