The Feasibility Study produced a solution to consolidate the retail offer and create an uplift in income and value by repurposing the 30% vacant retail space.
Placemaking was at the heart of the design with new landscaped public spaces enclosed by new, tall structures replacing the redundant retail buildings. LK2 created a new vibrant community with 230 apartments on 13 floors, 90,000 sf of traditional and co-working offices, specialist retail, health and fitness, cafes, bars and community facilities.
