This feasibility study seeks to evolve a pure retail scheme into a real mixed use community where visitors and residents can live, work, shop and play. Branded by LK2 as the “SportsLab” initiative, retail, leisure and entertainment uses are supplemented by the addition of an exemplar multi-sport and community hub with a unique blend of community and “pay-and-play” commercial sport and leisure.
