Planning Approved for Waterside Lincoln

The first step of Waterside Lincoln's exciting new evolution has begun.

Planning has been approved for a new shop front and internal works to 302B High Street.

The scheme will significantly improve the appearance of the building, compliment the historic street scene and improve pedestrian accessibility around the centre.

The centre was acquired in a 50/50 partnership by Lincolnshire Co-op and Wykeland Group in 2023 to cement the retail and leisure destination in Lincoln.

Members of LK2 led the original design and delivery (1989-91) of the centre and subsequent modern refurbishment for previous owners Capital & Regional and Tesco Pension Fund. We are delighted to continue the journey in the next exciting evolution of the centre.
