Catalyst for Change
We think the catalyst for change has been a mix of two big shifts.
On the one hand, the NHS has been under huge financial pressure, which has pushed people to look at new and smarter ways of delivering services. On the other hand, our high streets are changing fast – with more shops closing and units sitting empty, the traditional retail model just doesn’t work the way it used to.
Put those two things together, and you suddenly have an opportunity: spaces in prime city centre locations ready to be reimagined for new uses. What could have been seen as a problem is actually creating room for innovation, regeneration, and a chance to bring life back into the heart of our towns and cities.
