Dale W Lui
CEO - LK2 Group
Dale is LK2's CEO and a founding member of the company. He brings with him a wealth of knowledge from his many years at well-regarded architectural practices. Dale's skills include identifying and procuring development opportunities for clients, end users and developers and ensuring their needs are met throughout the lifespan of the project and beyond.
Paul Starbuck
Director - BA (Hons) BArch (Manc) ARB
Paul joined LK2 in 2003 from a Senior Associate Director role at his previous practice, where he also began his architectural career in 1983. Paul has designed and overseen a huge range of commercial projects including new and refurbished shopping centres, retail parks and offices.
Adam Skidmore
Director
Joining LK2 after completing his degree in 2013, Adam has since grown within the company, qualifying as a registered architect in 2020 and joining the board of directors in 2025. He is a skilled and conscientious designer, who is highly competent in leading projects from conception to completion. His project experience ranges from sport and leisure facilities, mixed use town and city centre development, residential master planning, bespoke housing and retail.
