Dale W LuiManaging Director - LK2 Group of Companies
Dale is the founding member of the LK2 group of companies. This followed a number of years at Benoy Ltd.
He brings a wealth of experience in the design and construction of complex residential schemes and a variety of healthcare and larger commercial sports and educational schemes.
Dale’s skills include identifying and procuring development opportunities for clients, end users and developers and ensuring their needs are met throughout the lifespan of the project and beyond.
Andrew Kitchen BA, Dip Arch, ARBDirector
Andrew was a founder member of LK2, following six years as a Projects Architect with Benoy Ltd. He has designed and overseen a wide variety of projects from radical contemporary houses to complex housing developments, university and sports complexes.
Andrew has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Architecture from Leeds School of Architecture (1981) and a post graduate Diploma in Architecture from Hull School of Architecture (1985). He has been registered with the ARB since 1987.
Paul Starbuck BA (Hons) BArch (Manc) ARBDirector
Paul joined LK2 in 2003 having been a Senior Associate Director at Benoy where he started his architectural career in 1983.
Paul has designed and overseen a huge range of commercial projects including new and refurbished shopping centres, retail parks and offices.
He was awarded a Bachelor of Arts degree at the University of Manchester (1980), followed by a post graduate Bachelor of Architecture degree (1983).
Paul has been registered with the ARB since 1984.
Gary is a professional consultant specialising in the sport, leisure, culture, education and commercial sectors. He has a proven track record delivering clear solutions to complex projects.
His experience includes option appraisals, business plans, partnership working, linking commercial and community projects, strategy documents, asset transfer and grant funding expertise.
Gary works on sports and leisure facility strategies and is a consultant to public, voluntary, educational and commercial organisations.
Andy joined LK2 in 2000 as a junior technician, he then went on to complete his HNC in building studies in 2004 and was promoted to Senior Technician in 2007. He has also recently completed his Level 5 in leadership and management.
During his career, Andy has been involved in diverse sectors of work including Retail, Residential, Sports and Commercial at all stages, with a wide variety of clients. His special skill set being building technology and specification writing.
Andy brings a wealth of technical knowledge and experience to his role as Associate.
Glenn Swann BA, Dip Arch, ARBAssociate
Glenn achieved his BA in architecture from Plymouth School of Architecture in 1984 and then went onto achieve a Post Graduate Diploma in Architecture in 1987. Glenn has designed and overseen a wide variety of projects including commercial, residential, hotel/leisure, educational and retail projects. His architectural career has seen him hold senior positions in major international commercial and retail companies along with a Director role in a private company.
Tom DrewHead of Sports Development
Tom joined LK2 in summer 2015 with specialist expertise within the sports and community development sector as well as project management experience of high profile, corporate led schemes.
Having spent seven years at the Football Foundation and a further year at the London Community Foundation, Tom offers the proven ability to deliver projects from conception to completion, including elements such as business planning, viability analysis, client liaison, funding, and monitoring & evaluation.
During his career Tom has contributed to the delivery of sports facilities on behalf of the FA & Premier League, led on the effective investment of the Mayor of London Sports Facilities Fund and managed development programmes on behalf of Land Securities, SEGRO and Grosvenor.
Carole BaggleyAccounts Manager
Carole joined the company in 2013 as Account Manager.
She has had a varied career which started in Finance & Banking, then Construction and now Account & Project Management.
She has a Diploma in Management & Leadership through Chartered Management Institute, is a qualified APM Project Manager and has IT qualifications in Word, Excel and Access.
She also has an AAT Diploma in Accounting.
She has previous experience in running a successful division within a large local construction company and therefore brings a wealth of knowledge with her.
Lisa HarveyOffice Manager & Architectural Co-ordinator
Lisa has been a member of the LK2 team for 11 Years - starting as office junior progressing to Manager and Co-ordinator. She has a Diploma in Business Administration.
Lisa has been actively involved in all elements of office, architectural and project specific administration, as well as liaising with both Clients and the Local Authority on a daily basis.
Having seen LK2 progress to significant commercial schemes, large residential developments and a wide range of sports facilities, and helping to co-ordinate various aspects of these projects, Lisa has gained a wide knowledge of scheme types and their administrative requirements.
